You can place your order from each product page. Please note that payment will not be processed at the time of order placement.

After placing your order, we will send you an email asking for your “scheduled tournament dates.” This email will be sent from info.3xsports@gmail.com. Please ensure your email settings allow you to receive messages from this address. *Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays. Emails will be sent on the next business day.

Regarding Product Shipping and Delivery After your order is confirmed, we will ship the product via courier service from our shop to coincide with the week of the event. Delivery to your address is scheduled between Wednesday and Friday. Payment processing will occur once we have confirmed product availability. *Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes after your order is confirmed or after the product has been shipped. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Please wear the wetsuit you ordered on the day of the competition you plan to use it for. We hope you achieve your best performance with our wetsuit! Please note that this product is prone to scratches, so handle it with care. However, minor scratches or stains resulting from normal use are acceptable, so please rest assured. *Please note: If damage is deemed intentional or the wetsuit is excessively soiled, we may charge you the full purchase price of the wetsuit separately.

After use, please return the item following these steps:

Rinse both sides lightly with tap water.

Air dry in the shade.

Please return the item with postage prepaid.

After use, please ship the item back on Sunday or Monday. ※If drying after rinsing is not possible in time, you may return it while still wet. Please prioritize meeting the return deadline.
